Lightmorphic Vitals is provided free by Lightmorphic Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Only scan what you are entitled to scan
Please only scan websites you own or have permission to check. The scanner identifies itself honestly in server logs and obeys robots.txt, but responsibility for choosing what to scan is yours.
We apply daily limits per visitor and per domain. Trying to work around those limits, or using the service to overload anyone's website, is not permitted.
What the scores are
The report is an automated, best-effort snapshot taken at one moment in time. Some checks are a judgement call, and results can change between scans as a site or its server changes. Speed figures in particular vary with the scanned site's own load.
The report is a guide, not a guarantee, an audit or professional advice. Please check anything important yourself and take professional advice before acting on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lightmorphic accepts no liability for any loss, cost or decision arising from a scan, a report, or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The service is provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Content and law
The site, its wording and its reports remain the property of Lightmorphic Ltd. You are welcome to use your own report however you like, including sharing it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
